*Please note that there will be a $10 per person cost for the lunch buffet - cash only, collected at the door upon check-in. 

COVID-19 Meeting Notice: The wearing of Face Masks and Social Distancing will be optional for fully vaccinated attendees who have received both doses of the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines or the Johnson & Johnson single dose with 2 weeks past the final 2-shot dose series or single dose series. Those in attendance that are not fully vaccinated should remain taking all precautions established by the CDC. The Hilton and the CFFCA will be relaxing the current seating restrictions of 4 seats to a 10-Top table by increasing the table seating to 7.  Health screening at the door will also be modified accordingly.
