Ward Diesel is the sole manufacturer and distributer of NO SMOKE, NO SMOKE 2 and NO SMOKE Gas. Scott Beecher, former Vice President of Sales for Ward Diesel, purchased Ward Diesel from the parent company, Meier Diesel Filters in 2013. Mr. Beecher is now Owner and President. Since 2013, sales have increased year over year resulting in a need for a larger more modern facility. The NO SMOKE systems are apparatus mounted, direct source capture and fully automatic. Since the system is installed on the vehicle it is the only product on the market today that provides complete protection both inside and outside the station. No building modifications are necessary that can drive up the cost of exhaust removal. The standard NO SMOKE system built for engines made prior to 2007 consists of a filter, diverter unit and an electronic control module. Routine filter changes are required. On average, 70-75% of customers change their filters every two-four years. The old filter can be removed and the new clean filter installed using a few simple tools. This task can be easily performed by fire department personnel. NO SMOKE 2 is designed specifically for engines built in 2007, 2010 and later that require factory installed After-Treatment devices as mandated by the EPA to meet outdoor air quality standards. These devices require the exhaust to reach a very high temperature to achieve emission reduction. This process can take anywhere from 40 to 60 minutes. NO SMOKE 2 is a low temperature catalyst that oxidizes emissions immediately at cold start and low idle. The system differs from the standard NO SMOKE as it does not require the diverter box technology. It is always on and will regenerate when the ATD does, thus eliminating the need for filter changes. NO SMOKE Gas is a new product designed to meet the needs of gasoline engines. Same as NO SMOKE 2, the system is always on and does not require filter changes. Ward Diesel factory-trained certified Technicians will install at a location designated by the customer. Ward Diesel never employs subcontractors for installations or service work. Ward Diesel has established a strong reputation for a quality product, a superior method of source capture, and an excellent record of customer service after the sale. Chef suggests organic, farm-raised and non-GMO products MUN RAYS TROPICAL BAJA GRILLED CHICKEN Serves 2 Ingredients: 1 lb. of chicken breasts 1 dash of apple cider vinegar Juice of 2 squeezed lemons Juice of 2 squeezed limes 8 cups of distilled water Sea salt Directions: Start by trimming the fat and butterflying chicken breasts. Next, marinate for about one hour in a mixture of distilled water, sea salt, vinegar, juice of two lemons and two limes. Rinse thoroughly and coat each chicken breast with olive oil. Place in heated cooking pan on medium to high heat. SEASONING MIX Ingredients: Mix together in one medium mixing bowl four garlic cloves diced and one teaspoon each of thyme, sea salt, curry powder, paprika powder, garlic powder, black pepper, and cumin powder. Directions: Sprinkle Mun Rays Tropical Seasoning on the top, bottom and center of each chicken breast. Grill chicken until thoroughly cooked (check with meat thermometer that the internal temperature is at 165 degrees). BAJA SALSA Ingredients: Juice of 2 squeezed limes Juice of 2 squeezed lemons Sea salt Black pepper Dice: 1 bunch of cilantro, 5 garlic cloves, 4 vine ripe tomatoes, 1 green apple, 1/2 pineapple, 1 red onion, 1 green pepper, 1 yellow pepper and 1 red pepper Directions: Dice and mix all ingredients together in one bowl then add sea salt and black pepper to taste.
